Dr. Regli is a Professor of Computer Science at the University of Maryland at College Park, where he was the founding Executive Director (2018-2023) of the Applied Research Laboratory for Intelligence and Security---the University Affiliated Research Center (UARC) for the United States Department of Defense. In addition to the University of Maryland, he has held positions with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Lockheed Martin, AT&T, and Drexel University.
