Utkarsh Ojha is currently a postdoctoral fellow at Carnegie Mellon University. He received his Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His research work has centered around generative models for images. He has developed algorithms that can enable those models to create new visual concepts not seen during training. As of late, his research focus has shifted to developing methods which can distinguish real and AI-generated images.
